Unprofessional staff. They doesn’t know what to do, which doctors are working in their hospital. Main goal to take payment from the patient. Extremely unprofessional girls at the registration desk on the entrance floor. Name is Merve but she might fake it. They are unable to provide basic services such as a return of payment for service which wasn’t provided. Such a good and famous hospital reputation ruined. Never come here if you don’t want to feel yourself unneeded and a burden for workers who wants to have fun at work but not work.

We came to the Gynecology and Obstetrics department. Dr. Ulviye is very gentle and kind. Correct medical opinions were taken for treatment.

We came to Türkiye and chose the hospital because the procedures were done quickly. They follow up very well. The prices are reasonable.

One of the best medical services providers in Ankara, we have visited it many times during the last 3 years for eye operations and dental plus general services such as Covid-19 test. The Hospital is clean and well maintained . Staff is very much helpful and there is translation available for foreigners who doesn’t speaks Turkish language. The kid’s doctors are awesome. Many payments types available according to the medical insurance. Cafeteria offers quality food and drinks for visitors.

Elif Topsoy is a very helpful nurse, she took all analysis in a fast manner. Also she provided all necessary information.She is very kind and attentive to the patient.
