This is a great hospital with a clean, impressive building and a very professional, friendly atmosphere. Rama really helped me find the right Doctor for my needs. Since I can’t speak Turkish, she also helped translate my Arabic and even assisted me with the pharmacists to get my prescriptions sorted out. I truly recommend this hospital. :)

Hospital service was super, the facilities of translators they provide was pretty well with Ms. Rama, she impress us and she did well in the translation to a precise and transparent level.

Terrible experience, while the doctor was super efficient and nice, I had the worst experience in customer services. I had to wait over an hour with no explanation provided and no one in the administrative section assisted me until I reached out to Patient Rights department. Do not come here unless you have a lot of time to kill.
