Brother Mehmet, whom works as with international patients was such a great help. He did not make us feel like we did not know anything about my wife’s health. He came regularly to check up on us and helped us with anything we needed to know whether it was in the hospital or outside.

I was recently in the hospital with my sister, and the hospital service was very good. We had the interpreter, Ms. Rama, with us, and she was extremely helpful. She was professional, kind, and stayed with us the whole time. I highly recommend her for anyone who does not speak Arabic — she made everything much easier.

We had the best experience ever , great service and good hospitality all the time people who works over There are great they gave Us VVIP Room and took care of us ! the international section of the hospital was pretty friendly and helpful you can ask for Mucahit & Rama & Dua for any help i would recommend everyone visit this location.

Their nurses were terrible at providing care. The only nurse named, "Nilufer Okumus" was giving the best care even though she was busy. Otherwise, I did not feel I was in good hands. Other nurses were rude and gone for hours. It was very scary to stay in that hospital after surgery. I was scared to ask for painkillers because of their rudeness.

I want to thank all the staff in the hospital they are very good and understood my case especially Rama was very helpful and she responded to my calls without even out of the working hours
