VM Medical Park Hospital | Bursa

I had an excellent experience at this hospital in Bursa. I would like to sincerely thank Rama from the International Patients Department for her professional support and attentive assistance throughout my visit. The entire medical and administrative team demonstrated a high level of professionalism organization and care. I truly appreciate the quality of service provided and highly recommend this hospital.

We had the best experience ever , great service and good hospitality all the time people who works over There are great they gave Us VVIP Room and took care of us ! the international section of the hospital was pretty friendly and helpful you can ask for Mucahit & Rama & Dua for any help i would recommend everyone visit this location.

Brother Mehmet, whom works as with international patients was such a great help. He did not make us feel like we did not know anything about my wife’s health. He came regularly to check up on us and helped us with anything we needed to know whether it was in the hospital or outside.

Their nurses were terrible at providing care. The only nurse named, "Nilufer Okumus" was giving the best care even though she was busy. Otherwise, I did not feel I was in good hands. Other nurses were rude and gone for hours. It was very scary to stay in that hospital after surgery. I was scared to ask for painkillers because of their rudeness.

Terrible experience, while the doctor was super efficient and nice, I had the worst experience in customer services. I had to wait over an hour with no explanation provided and no one in the administrative section assisted me until I reached out to Patient Rights department. Do not come here unless you have a lot of time to kill.
