Years ago I started treatment with Gözde Çobanoğlu, but she never did anything she said and said that the only reason my teeth were not as they said was my fault. She never did anything she said. When she was leaving, she said I should pay the full amount today and I was leaving. After doing her check-ups with anger, she said another doctor would take care of me and referred me to Tuğçe Tanır Ertunç. She only removed my braces and sent me back, then she didn't put the braces back on, and the clear aligner she did was of poor quality and crooked. I wasn't even called for my one-year check-up, but when I did go, she said I didn't need the braces anymore and it had been too long. It was very wrong. No one believes that I have had braces for years, and this has upset me for years. I was not satisfied with both of them.
