Initially I had a very warm welcome by Aysegul from the tourist department. Things went wonderful with internal medicine and also the dentist visit. Her English is good and she was very helpful. I can only compliment her work and recommend her 10/10. As well as the visited other departments! The third appointment was with neurologist Dr. Ayşen İnceoğlu for a pain treatment with botox. I presented her with a MRI cd, bloodworks and reports. She said the pictures she needed where not on the cd and immediately made up her mind I am not a candidate for botox. And that I did needed a full body mri, just to prescribe me some pain medication. Which I dont want. I checked with the department and they confirmed all pictures to be present. Incl the MRI showing 2 herniated cercival discs. I could have been pain free now. Instead I am being asked to delete my review bc I mentioned its a scam. Why not delete the doctor from their service instead? This will cllean up their hospital in a meaningful way for future patients Apart from this neurologist 10/10 recommend Ata Health Hospital

Great experience at Ata Sağlık Hospital I had flu-like symptoms—cough, tiredness, blocked nose—and since I’m new to Turkey, I wasn’t sure about hospital procedures. I went to Ata Sağlık Hospital without an appointment and was really glad they had a translator service. Mr. Erkmen was very helpful. He not only helped me get a same-day appointment but also translated everything from Turkish to English, which made things much easier. The doctor prescribed medication, did tests and an X-ray, and followed up the next day with the results. A CT scan was also recommended for later. Overall, I’m very happy with the care and support I received. Highly recommend this hospital, even if you’re new to the country.

I have visited the clinic several times, and each time I have been very satisfied with the service. The staff is very friendly, and, in particular, Ms. Ayşegül, a customer relationship manager and translator, and has been incredibly helpful and supportive. As a foreigner, I truly appreciate the extra care she has provided. She gave me her contact number during our first meeting, and she has always been available to assist me with any questions, even outside of my visits. I've never seen such attitude in any country I visited, and after this kind of service, I don’t want to go to any other clinic. All the doctors I visited were also professional, and provided me with full feedback during every consultation, which I really appreciated. I was also relieved to find that, for example, the ophthalmologist, Dr. Buğra Davutluoğlu, speaks English, making everything much easier for me. After these positive experiences, I highly recommend this place!
