I heard about them through my friends they did hair implants and I went there 4 months ago I also did hair implants the results is awesome I really highly recommend it them to everyone , they are so friendly and amazing crew I really appreciate it them for everything

They want cheat me. We give 180 euro first for botox and they want 170 extra after botox. And they didnt say doctors name i think she is not doctor she is nurse. I report to health ministry that doctor. I go difrent doctor after nets clinic and other doctor say they do wrong treatment

I am disappointed with this business. I chose this place based on the reviews, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations at all. As stated in the recent negative reviews, it is clear that there has been a serious decline in service quality. The rude and uncommunicative attitudes of the employees since my first appointment were striking. Despite receiving four-zone laser epilation service, I am allowed in after waiting for about half an hour in each session. Moreover, the procedure that needs to be done for four zones is completed in a careless and superficial manner, often within 10 minutes, not even 15 minutes. This situation has completely damaged my trust in both the seriousness of the process and the quality of the service. In addition, the follow-up of my appointments depends entirely on my reminders. Since no response was received on the date they specified, when I called, I was told that my appointment did not appear in the system. This situation led to both a serious loss of time and an unprofessional, trust-shattering experience. I have dissuaded all my acquaintances who previously asked me to recommend them from their decisions. Personally, this is a place I will never choose again for any service other than this transaction.

There's a problem with their phone lines, and I call and tell them I can't get an appointment, so I have to drive from Buca. Instead of ignoring my problem and my distress, they are rude enough to give me an appointment for another day, instead of finding a solution and addressing my concerns. Each time, they speak so condescendingly as if they are right and very busy (even though I'm the only one waiting, there's no one else in the waiting room), and I call on the nurses to be polite and courteous.
