They want cheat me. We give 180 euro first for botox and they want 170 extra after botox. And they didnt say doctors name i think she is not doctor she is nurse. I report to health ministry that doctor. I go difrent doctor after nets clinic and other doctor say they do wrong treatment

I've been going to this business for two years, but haven't gotten the results I expected. I've had a lot of trouble scheduling an appointment. It's very difficult to reach them by phone, and when I do, I've often waited two days for a call back. The staff are excellent with their customers until payment, but after that, they're disappointing. My last visit, I was heavily pressured to leave a review on Google. They've developed a sales policy that says they'll give you a 10% discount if you leave a review for every procedure they offer. I say I'm not considering a new procedure, but they offer a free skin analysis. I've already messaged them for a skin analysis, and they offer it again as if it's special. I say, "Okay, I'll write it," and they insist on writing it down, then roll their eyes at you. I've never been so pressured to write a review by a business before. This situation made me very uncomfortable and made me lose faith in their reviews.

We had my wife undergo a procedure. They not only performed the wrong procedure to make money but also refused to back it up. We have photos and records of the procedures. They're deceiving people with classic excuses. Don't risk your health and beauty. We've initiated the necessary procedures and will exercise our legal rights.
