Hayat Hospital

I tried this hospital twice for my kids in two different times winter and summer. The hospital is good and they provide Arabic person to translate and she will stay with you until you finish. They do have also around 3 pharmacies just next to the door. They have good car parking either free which is few or OTO parking which is paid. I keep it my reference whenever needed for any emergency. They take cash and payment by card but they don’t accept payment by phone.

It's a budget hospital, you can find deals and do a great deal of tests at a convenient price and they are very friendly in general. The problem with this hospital is that if you don't know the language you better bring a translator. Sure some of the doctors will speak English and that's fine. But other like for example the gyno doesn't know any English at all. Also I bought a package that included a dietitian well let me tell you what she just weighed me and told me I need to lose weight. Sure I wasn't expecting a diet but the other doctors have at least some advice. She just tried to get me out of the room ASAP. All in all I was expecting more. Also it's best to get the Turkish version of the document rather than a cheap auto-translate and have it translated by a proper translator later on. Also I cannot forget the girl on the staff that although she didn't speak English she tried her best to help me. Thank you very much!

One of the Arabic translator is a scammer she hustled us and kept saying we are translators paid by the customers only. Even though this was my second visit. The first visit was great. But the second visit was a scam. The hospital provided a translator. Whom did a bad job then insisted on coming to the pharmacy with us and started hustling us for money several times. She was an Arabic translator. To other customers be careful and if asked for any extras ask for a receipt from inside the hospital offices.
