All thanks and appreciation to all the workers at Durok Hospital, Department of Physical Therapy and Health Rehabilitation, for the great effort they made with me during my stay to receive the treatment, which was provided with high skill, professionalism, and mastery, and special thanks to the physical therapist,Oguzhan, for his sincerity and professionalism in treating my condition, which improved, thanks to God, and then thanks to his efforts.

The worst hospital ever… i have came for emergency they didn’t accept my wife to see the doctor until we do the paperwork and it took 12 min to finish the paperwork… all of that because i am not Turkish … they made me pay beforeenter the emergency room … this hospital is a money center you cant without paying. Trust if you are going to die dont come here ever .

I was generally satisfied with the hospital. I am especially grateful to Prof. Dr. Sündüz Gençay for his approach, his efforts to understand my illness and his explanation of the correct treatment methods. However, unfortunately, I cannot express the same satisfaction for ENT specialist Dr. Zeynep Sayar. The doctor I was examined by in the emergency room on 01.07.2025 with complaints of vertigo, nausea and vomiting was very caring and suggested that I see an ENT specialist after the treatment. Thereupon, an appointment was made at their hospital for 02.07.2025 at 11:00. The first doctor we were directed to was Dr. Zeynep Sayar. Both my wife and I stated that the problem I was experiencing was vertigo, that I had tried some maneuvers but could not get any results and we clearly stated that we wanted to get support from a specialist. Unfortunately, Dr. Zeynep Hanım's approach to the patient was not pleasant at all. When I tried to explain my illness and what I was going through, he responded with sarcastic remarks like "You know better" and then raised his voice and became more abusive. Thereupon, I told him that this attitude was not right and asked him to interrupt the treatment process, and then I would file a complaint. He gave his card and replied, "You can complain wherever you want." When we went to the consultation and said that we wanted to be referred to another doctor, they referred us to Prof. Dr. Şündüz Gençay. He was a very polite doctor who listened to the patient, explained and did his job meticulously. He sterilized all the equipment he was going to use before performing the procedure. However, Dr. Zeynep Sayar used the camera and other equipment without performing any sterile procedures. This alone clearly shows the difference between the two doctors: While one values ​​people, the other does not respect the patient. Because of our Sündüz Although it is a hospital that normally deserves 4-5 stars, I am giving it 1 star because of the presence of a doctor who approaches patients in an arrogant and disrespectful manner. Associate Professor Doğukan Durak. We had gastric sleeve surgery. He is a great doctor. There is nothing to worry about and he is very friendly and answers you on every issue.
