The doctor's attention was very superficial, they dismissed my questions and didn't provide clear information about the treatment process. There were also serious shortcomings in cleanliness and hygiene. If you're looking for a more professional and patient-centered clinic, this is not the right place for you."

During a holiday, my child suddenly started having tooth pain, which was quite worrisome. I found Özel Dinçalya Polikliniği online, which is conveniently open 24/7. Although no one at the clinic spoke Russian, we managed very well and the experience was excellent. I’m truly grateful to the clinic staff for the care they provided to my child. They were very kind and professional throughout our visit. At the end of the appointment, they even gave my daughter a medal and took a photo with the doctor, which was a really sweet gesture. The prices at the clinic seem higher compared to others, but given the quality of care and service we received, it felt completely justified.

Unprofessional Behavior and Overcharging I had a very disappointing experience at Özel Dinçalya Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği. The dentists was extremely unprofessional throughout my visit. Not only did they try to overcharge me for a simple hygienist cleaning, but their conduct was far from what I expected from a reputable clinic. Instead of the straightforward cleaning I came in for, the Dr.insisted on unnecessary procedures and quoted an exorbitant price. It felt like a blatant attempt to scam me rather than provide honest and necessary care. I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to be cautious and seek a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment. Professionalism and integrity are crucial in healthcare, and unfortunately, this clinic seems to lack both.
