Firstly I would like to thank all the staff of Cankaya Tip hospital. When I first came to your hospital I had a doubt about services but The doctors and nurses took care of me. Especially nurse Edanur. She helped me a lot with my endoscopy and was very detailing and her customer service was great! All the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Sincere recommendation to English speakers would be to avoid. Our experience with Dr. Ibrahim Beysel was very negative. His approach was one of a purely financial transaction - we had a 45 second ‘consultation’ and were told to have a blood test, at a significant additional cost. Returned later that day for the explanation of results. No explanation was given nor any reference to the symptoms we had booked the appointment for in the first place. Just given the paperwork and told to leave. Very expensive and by far the worst doctor experience I have had in Izmir.

If you are a foreigner don't come here. I have a private insurance in Turkey but they couldn't put it in their system because I am not a Turkish citizens (I used this insurance in other hospital of this type and they didn't have any issue). They let me wait one and a half hour while they were dealing with other people coming in so I had to remind them to try and contact my insurance company. They were polite but that didn't help much since I couldn't visit the doctor at the end.

Started off fine, place seems to run efficiently. We don't speak turkish. They have a policy of you playing for 2 visits every 2 visits for some reason. My wife is pregnant and we paid for 2 visits last time, 2 weeks ago. We went for a checkup today and they told us we were supposed to come within 10 days to use the 2nd visit. Nobody informed us of that last time, but they didn't care. The doctor and administrator kept passing the responsibility for scamming us to the other person. So ultimately we had to leave, having been scammed out of paying for 2 visits when you only receive 1 checkup. I don't trust them for further health service

For the time being ,it was my first experience in Turkish hospitals , I would definitely recommend to anyone .Btw, I'd like to thanks for the great assistance to Mrs.Nese at the reservation desk.Thumbs up for the team.
