First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the entire hospital team on behalf of myself and my family for the care we received during our several-day stay. I was admitted to the hospital in poor condition, not knowing what was wrong with me. From the very beginning, I was looked after with great care. All the staff were kind, compassionate, and professional. I was kept informed about my condition and the treatment plan aimed at improving my health. My family was able to join me, and we all received incredible support from the hospital. I would especially like to thank Magda, who was a tremendous help to us in every way. Her support meant a lot during such a difficult time. I am deeply grateful that, in such a challenging life situation, we ended up in a hospital where we received not only the appropriate medical care but also met professionals who showed genuine empathy and understanding. My husband Phillip Cooper was admitted to this hospital as an emergency appendicitis. We cannot thank them enough for the treatment he received, they were all excellent. When we got to the hospital by ambulance they were ready & waiting for us with an interpreter, doctor etc They were sure it was an appendicitis so they did blood tests, sent him to x-ray plus a scan to confirm the diagnosis. The surgeon came and met him with the anaesthetist & confirmed it is appendicitis and they needed to do an emergency operation. They were absolutely amazing, the surgeon Ilyas Yurtseven was very professional, friendly & understanding he put you at ease. Highly recommend him. He was just as kind with the follow up appointment & reassured we were ok to fly home re my husbands medication he was on. He was a lovely man 🤗

My experience with a physiotherapist Furkan Tastekn was one of the best. His patience and communicational skills, he was speaking proper good English 8/10 no language barrier at all. Many thanks to him he’s amazing. I felt better after the session with him. Overall the hospital is amazing they taking good care of their patients and translators that have helped me are all amazing. Orthopedist Dr Ahmad Naseer did a successful core decompression hip surgery hoping I’ll be good soon.
