I went to this clinic with kidney stone issues in 2024, saw a urologist. I was then sent to do an ultrasound as part of series of tests. The ultrasound technician didn’t event spend 2 minutes with me, did his job quickly and left as quickly as he came in. He clearly couldn’t care less. His ultrasound results missed the stone, so I was left with mystery and a resulting wrong diagnosis. I had to go to a different clinic, where I was handled with much more patience, the technician clearly cared about their job and was able to identify the problems, and helped to accurately diagnose the issue, unlike the technician at Memorial. It’s disappointing to receive this level of care at a private clinic. To the Memorial Hastanesi social media stuff: you can see my name, feel free to look through patient records to identify who what and when.

2 stara because the hospital itself is lovely clean and I had a great surgeon. However the nurses are extremely rude NONE speak English they r not interested in reading your google translate and are a very bad reflection on this wonderful hospital. I stayed 6 nights and can say I only had 1 nurse in that entire tike that showed empathy and care regardless of not speaking English.

Terrible experience. I visited memorial in June of this year for dental treatment. The dentist Dr Nezihi Bayīk, told me that two implants had failed and had to be removed and replaced. He did the procedure which left me with lasting nerve damage. I believe that implant surgery was not his profession and he should not have undertaken this work. I have since visited another dentist and the 3d scan proved the damage. Because of this I cannot have another implant fitted due to the proximity of the nerve. This has not only caused me to change dentist but I have had to make two further visits incurring extra costs. The nerve damage has caused numbness which persists to this day. Avoid at all cost.

It's never nice to need medical help when you are having vacation, but when you do - it's probably the best place to come to get help. I've came almost at midnight and almost immediately they were helping me without long bureaucracy. Doctors and nurses here really want to help you. Even though most personnel do not speak English, they are trying to use translation apps for communication. The biggest difference compared with the previous hospital (in Belek) which I've visited before that evening, where they took a lot of money and didn't really help.

Worst clinic I ever been, disgusting service, very high price. I had a minor surgical operation, the doctor's name was Alisher. After the operation, both the doctor and the translator Irada... FORGOT about me! No one came into the room, no one told me how to behave after the operation. At 18:00 the nurse Mustafa came to see me (he barely spoke English...))) and said that I could go home. At that moment I was bleeding heavily, but their working day was ending... They even gave me a card and an extract only after the scandal. I don’t advise anyone to come here, it’s a monstrous place. They don't want to give you health, they only want to take your money.
