I had cosmetic surgery done here. The services were inadequate, the place was not clean, and the staff is not attentive. I would not trust leaving a family member here alone. The tv did not work, the meal trays given for meals were cracked and broken. My bathroom sink was clogged. Supplies were not replenished- like paper towels in the bathroom. My bedding was not changed daily. It would take hours for a nurse to bring me me medication. Overall a traumatic and horrible experience.
