We came from Serbia for our daughter’s arm surgery. Due to poor treatment and medical negligence in our home country, the surgery was performed a year after the fracture by Dr. Erhan Bayram. We are full of positive impressions of this hospital. From the doctor, who welcomed us as if we had known each other our whole lives, to the support staff, everyone was incredibly kind. The surgery was very demanding, but the doctor performed it perfectly. Even though his shift ended at 11 PM on the day of the surgery, he called us to check on our child and ask if we needed anything. In the following days, he visited constantly and wouldn't allow us to return to Serbia until he was absolutely sure our daughter was well and ready for the trip. I am truly, deeply impressed by the approach, professionalism, and empathy shown by Dr. Erhan Bayram, his assistant Mr. Ali, the nurses, and the entire staff we interacted with. I would also like to praise the hygiene and the food in this hospital. Everything is truly at an enviable level.

Review: I do not recommend this clinic based on my personal experience. I had a hair transplant with a written guarantee that if the result was not satisfactory, a corrective procedure would be provided. After 1 year, I contacted the clinic and was told to wait an additional 6 months. I followed all instructions. After that period, the result remains unsatisfactory, especially in the crown area where the hair did not grow properly. Since then, my attempts to contact the clinic and doctor have been ignored. Communication was good before the procedure, but after payment and treatment, support completely disappeared. This experience has been very disappointing, and the clinic did not fulfill its commitments.

I had a great experience with Dr. Aytaj Mahmudova during all my pregnancy and then natural childbirth. Dr. Aytaj is not only a true professional, but was also very supportive and nice as a person all the time. The whole team during birth was helpful and the atmosphere in the room after my baby delivery was just like in a good hotel, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed after such an important event for our family. As a bonus, there was a photographer who took pictures of our baby and us the next day. Thank you Medical Park!

It was a very good experience staying in these beautiful hospital during my operation. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Beyan, Mr. Mohammed, and Mr. Ahmed — they were all extremely helpful and friendly, and they supported me throughout my entire operation. By the way, I had 360 liposuction with Dr. Youns, and he was excellent as well. Thank you again, and I will definitely recommend all my friends to get in touch with you.

My daughter had surgery 2 months ago at Medical Park GOP, with a "professor " Prof. Dr. Yakup Çil who did abdominoplasty and a breast lift with implants. The operation has nothing to do with cosmetic surgery! This "professor" just cut it, took his money and doesn't care anymore. My daughter got a yeast infection, the wound on one breast opened and she started walking in agony. Communication with the coordinator and the professor was very difficult (it happened after writing and calling several times) The professor became very rude, disrespectful and didn't explain what was happening at all! all travel and hotels are at our expense, no one takes responsibility, they don't care that they didn't do their job We contacted the hospital, filed a complaint, but it was not entered into the system and no one contacted us, we wrote emails - the same thing again - nothing They took the money, Prof. Dr. Yakup Çil didn't finish his job and we paid another doctor in another hospital to clean the stitches and prescribe the correct treatment, because the stitches from the surgery haven't healed in two months. The hospital is hiding its "good professors", the coordinator Razie Nejat is also silent and does not bother to work in our defense. I recommend that you DO NOT USE ! the services of this hospital and the doctors and professors Prof. Dr. Yakup Çil in it! They promise a lot but once they take the money, do not count on anyone paying attention to you if you have problems.
