I am so grateful for the exceptional support you provided during my time at your hospital. I was very sick and rushed to ER closer to where I was staying in Istanbul after my exam and tomography found out that I had a kidney stone . My sister booked an appointment with Op. Dr Mete Oguz Ekimci by the way he is a great caring and excellent communicator within 3 days he did my laser kidney stone removal surgery . The surgery went very well I stayed in your facility one night and got very good care and they really cater customer needs. Just wanted to thank you my anesthesiologist Op Dr Osman Esen my 7 th floor nurses Tugba, Berfin and Nalan hanim they were very helpful and they gave the best support. Dr Mete is the best urologist and he connected me after my surgery and my stent will be removed before my flight to Canada. We need these great doctors in Canada too. 10 big stars are not enough this boutique style hospital. I will miss my doctors and medical team ,

I want to thank Dr Ender özgun and his assistant Mervin. They were so helpful and if I could give them 10 starts I would. I have never met a doctor who is as knowledgeable as him. We came all the way from Sweden me and my sister and we can not thank enough Dr Ender and Mervin. If anyone is coming from abroad please I recommend Dr Ender strongly, you won’t find any doctor as good as him anywhere. Thank you Dr for your hospitality we did not feel foreigners over there.

The hospital is very nice, the healthcare services are very good, and it's not as expensive as other luxury hospitals. Our doctor, Professor Doctor Cüneyt Kayaalp, performed an excellent surgery on my son, and he started to recover from the second day. I congratulate the hospital and Professor Dr. Cüneyt Kayaalp. I definitely recommend it.

Disgusting hospital, overpriced for their services. I came to emergency with spasmodic pains in my stomach and they didn’t provide service which is supposed to be for money I have paid. You have to wait for ultrasound for 2 hours even though you are coming as emergency patient. In the end they gave treatment for cystitis but later I have learnt from my private doctor that this diagnose was not correct at all. I have inflammation process of colon and treatment which they wanted to give me with serum would be bad for my health. Almost 12.000 tl I paid for their non professional service and still waiting for money back for serum which I didn’t take. Especially emergency doesn’t deserve this amount!!!!
