I really want to thank them all one by one but for sure I will forget someone's name , so in the photo is everyone from the staff who took care of me . Really wholesome service and very kind ! My mother had a hip replacement at this hospital in Feb’2022 under the care of Dr Mehmet. The surgery was a success but the nurses care was abysmal. The nurses refused to change my mother’s diapers (their patient) and would always ask me to do it. My mother paid a small fortune as an international patient to this private hospital but the private care from the nurses was disgustingly rude. One night they forgot to change the urine bag and it overflowed all over the floor. When I called the night nurse she just changed the urine bag and refused to deal with the spillage as it wasn’t her job. We had urine all over my mother’s private room floor from 1:00am to 8:00am when the cleaner came in. I had to grab the cleaner to come and mop the floor myself. I find the treatment we received from the nurses very hurtful and was borderline racism. I find the memories painful now three years later, the experience has left me emotionally scarred hence leaving a review now. My mother did not receive great private care from the nurses who were responsible to take care of her, even though we paid for private care services. My advice is you need to re train your nurses about their care and attitude towards your patients. Especially when they are from Africa because we paid the same hospital bills like the rest of your patients. Thank you.

From the first consultation to the operation, I was treated with exceptional care and professionalism. Mr. Zakariya’s support ensured I understood every step, and his kindness made the process smoother. The medical staff’s dedication to my well-being, from pre-op to recovery, gave me great confidence in the outcome. I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work, which has improved my quality of life.
