** Update to my original review ** The medical services provided are first class with excellent doctors with very friendly bedside manners. I was contacted by the hospital's relationship manager who provided excellent service and assistance with subsequent requests. Mr. Ömer Canbaz and his staff have gone to great lengths to make things right and ensure that guests and patients are properly serviced and cared for. His office has changed my view of this facility by providing superior customer service. I am therefore upgrading my original rating to reflect the efforts made by Mr. Canbaz. *** Original Review *** The problem with this medical facility is that it is a very good facility with excellent doctors but the most disorganized and confusing setup in terms of their flooring numbers and location of various offices and departments. I had an appointment today at the orthopedic center and was assisted initially by a extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. Her unprofessional behavior in addition to her willingness to insult customers and patients was beyond ridiculous. She even went as far as talking to another patient about my situation which I found a violation of privacy laws at least as I understand it, which made no sense to me as to why she was discussing my situation with another patient who was waiting behind me. This individual needs to be trained very quickly and thoroughly, as it made the hospital feel more like a parking garage with an uneducated person sitting there answering questions.

I came to liv hospital from England on February 25th, and I truly regret it. The money I paid was not worth it at all. They gave me an appointment with an ENT doctor, but when I arrived, the doctor wasn't there. They told me they would arrange a phone consultation instead. Four days passed, and now they are telling me that the doctor is actually abroad. This place is extremely expensive-they take your money, but then you have to struggle to get the service you paid for

It's a flashy hospital seeking to attract foreign patients, but the quality of its staff is very poor. Even the staff whose job is to specifically deal with foreign patients do not speak English. There are better hospitals in Ankara, do not go here.

My mother was diagnosed with leukemia a few months ago. Now, thanks to the doctors and nurses from the hematology department she's almost completely recovered. 10/10 would get sick to visit this hospital again. Floor 11 has the best nurses.

Our baby girl was born on July 2, 2024 at LIV hospital. We could not thank enough to entire LIV hospital delivery team for all their caring and attention.
