I was hospitalized because I tested positive for the influenza and had pneumonia at the same time. Was very lucky to have the Doc. Dr. Filiz Kizilates (Clinic of Infectious Diseases and Microbiology) examined and looked after me. I've never taken so much medication at once in my life, but after a week I was well enough to go home and rest. All the nurses on floor 5 were incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding. If you had any questions, the employees of the foreign insurance department were available at any time. The only negative point was the food. To be honest, not good...My thanks also go to all the other doctors (radiology, cardiology, pulmonologist) who looked after me.

Unfortunately my wife was rushed into this Hospital during her stay in Turkey. However long story short the treatment she had was adequate just a little dated for what they do our side (in the words of professionals back home) As a guest of the patient I was treated wonderfully no complaints. Offered somewhere to stay as well as 3 meals during the day. Staff are friendly and helpful. All staff, from Nurses, Doctors, Administrators and cleaners/porters. So overall not much negative to say from my part, my wife had a few niggles but she was happy overall so would recommend from our experience.
