Worst hospital I’ve been to, dermatologist didn’t listen to me, made my skin condition worse. I’m not sure how he has a job, the guy mentioned that I’m a little overweight when he’s built like a cow himself.

We use the physical therapy unit of the hospital for my mother's illness. Thanks to our physical therapy doctor, he took care of it. Even if your health insurance does not cover it, there is a cost of approximately 3000 lira for 20 sessions (May-2025). This unit is a bit intense. You may need to wait a bit until it is your turn before physical therapy. The staff in the physical therapy unit are very caring.

You're simply copying and pasting the same response to the "negative" comments made about your hospital, without explaining to anyone what you've done or will do to address them. We received a birth package from Professor Merve Sarıkaya. Both she and her assistant, Gamze, took excellent care of us until the birth, and we completed the entire process. The nurses were very attentive from the beginning to the end of the labor; we thank them too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3. THE HOSPITAL, ⭐️ is truly independent and uncaring. Due to malfunctioning air conditioners, TVs, and mini-fridges, we moved to three different rooms, including the one we had in week 33. Each room presented different problems. In our last room, the air conditioner barely gave any air, and even the curtains wouldn't close properly. We asked for help, but the only response we got was "We're directing the appropriate personnel," and so on. Of course, no one came. It was easy to understand that the nurses were tired of dealing with these kinds of problems (and their inability to find solutions, despite their repeated responses). On the evening of July 22, 2025, renovations were underway in the building, and they weren't even given a warning. Because the air conditioner wasn't working properly, we had to open the doors, and the smell of welding permeated the entire room. There was a one-day-old baby in the room. Encouraging cleaning staff to be more careful when using equipment, especially at night, will minimize the disturbance to your sleeping guests. (We're not saying this is intentional noise.) a. Repair and fix the air conditioners, refrigerators, and TVs. b. Cleaning should be done better and more diligently. c. The strong odor within the hospital (smelling like burnt butter) needs to be eliminated. 4. In conclusion, it is unbecoming of Koru Hospital to provide such amateurish service despite having a good staff.

We weren't entirely satisfied with the hospital and weren't planning on going back. We had an unfortunate moment in the emergency room. Then, for some reason, I got a call from the hospital and was told I needed to go back, etc. I explained everything to Zeynep, whom I was seeing at the time. She immediately approached me with a solution-oriented approach and discussed the situation with the relevant authorities. After that, I was contacted by the hospital's legal counsel and psychologist. Thanks to Zeynep, she was very attentive to our misfortune and initiated the process for our refund to ensure our satisfaction. She also closely monitored and kept us informed about the process. I believe Zeynep is the most valuable employee who has added value to this hospital in my eyes. I would like to express my gratitude to Zeynep again. I hope all your employees are like her.

This is a hospital where I underwent gallbladder surgery and was completely satisfied with all its services. My doctor, Ramazan Taçyıldız, is an extremely professional physician. He reassured me about my concerns about the surgery. I was nervous when I walked into the operating room, but a team of staff greeted me with smiles. Nurse Neslihan and her team provided me with support both before and after the surgery. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to Nurses Arife and Büşra, who cared for me throughout my stay on the inpatient floor and answered all my questions.
