Istanbul Beykent University Hospital

My son was born with a congenital heart disease. We came all the way from The Gambia in Africa to İstanbul Beykent University Hospital for his surgery. Dr. Mazlum Şahin successfully performed the operation. The team here is truly wonderful. Thanks to him, my son has regained his health. The nurses also took very good care of my son and supported us throughout this process. Even though we came from far away, we felt very safe and well cared for. I would like to sincerely thank all the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff who contributed during this process. I am truly grateful to all of you.

First of give thanks to Almighty Allah for everything.Again express my gratitude to the cardiovascular team,the surgeon for a successful surgery.May God continue to bless the good work of the doctors and their kindness and time for us . I really can't express the happiness am feeling now regards to my daughter ,is only God will bless this hospital and the workers for the hope and joy they brought back to when all hopes were gone .And again thanks to the nurses for their care, time hospitality to us .Nurse yasin,sayyid ,buse,ecem,özcan,Yusuf,Osman,bedirha, enes and the rest of them I can't mention name . A Heartfelt Thank You to Beykent University Hospital I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Beykent University Hospital for the outstanding care and compassion they provided to my daughter. We came in feeling hopeless, but we are leaving with renewed hope and a healthy, happy child. From the very first day, every staff member greeted us with warmth, laughter, and genuine kindness. They not only cared for my daughter medically, but also emotionally—making her feel safe, loved, and truly at home. Every moment spent here was filled with positivity and joy. A very special mention goes to Doctor Mazlum, whose expertise and empathy gave us comfort, and to the incredible nursing team: Buse (Kutenda’s new best friend), Osman, Enes, Bedirhan, Ecem, Seyyid Yasin, and Özcan. You made every day brighter with your smiles and care. Our heartfelt thanks also to Secretary Betül, whose kindness and support made everything smoother. I made a small operation here from Mr.Metin Yuksel and he was a very kind and Professional doctor and all the nurse, staffs were kind too~Thanks alot ~^^ but I had a problem after operation, I had to come to hospital for changing bandage on wound, and the nurse who is doing it, she just open and leave my wound, then a stranger came into the room and he saw me and my wound, my belly, , but the nurse didn't tell him for waiting outside or didn't close the curtain, just change the bandage on my belly with a stranger was staying in the same room... Oh my god, my wound was a very bottom of my belly, and the nurse couldn't aware of the situation.. what a shame of the situation? he was not a doctor, he was a worker there.. how he came up and see all of my body and the nurse didn't do anything about it ? I called the hospital about it and the hospital said that they will call me back, but they didn't... what a shame of the nurse did it to the patients? she will keep doing it, i just want to make sure that the nurses should know that they must protect the patient's rights while or after the treatments.. what a shame of the hospital... The Hospital called me about the situations and they apologized what happened in there and promised that it won't be happened again..
