I'm a slightly anxious expectant mother. After a long search, I found GENTAN for fetal DNA. And then Nuriye... perhaps my greatest blessing. I've never seen anyone so warm and understanding of how to treat people and pregnant women. We had our fetal DNA test done. I'd like to thank Mr. Asil, who personally came to our home and collected the blood, for his support. They came within half an hour of calling and collected the blood from our home. His communication, both with information about the procedure and with the results, truly made us feel valued. My wife and I were very pleased with Gentan, and especially with Mr. Asil. Thank you for your efforts. I highly recommend this test to anyone considering it.

For God's sake, we ordered a PWS test for my 7-week-old baby. When we made the payment, the gentleman who was looking after us said he had entered an emergency code for the test and that it would be ready in 15 days. It's been over a month and we're still waiting for the results. I haven't slept a single night without crying! When we called, it was only a month, but now they've told my husband it's 40-45 days. I'm comparing my baby to pictures of people with similar syndromes every night. I'm going crazy! Please! Please!

When we went to donate blood, the staff were quite expressionless and cold. They didn't even bother to share the results with us unless we called to ask. It's a disinterested and profit-driven place; I wouldn't recommend it. While the prices are more reasonable than other places, the service quality is poor. Thankfully, the results were good.

On our doctor's recommendation, we had our fetal DNA test done at Gentan. Nuriye Hanım took care of us throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, her detailed information about the fetal DNA test and her attentiveness throughout the procedure made us feel very safe and comfortable. The other staff at the center were equally friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with Gentan throughout the process, especially with Nuriye Hanım's warm and friendly approach.
