I was very pleased with the service at Estetik International. I was especially impressed by the attention, friendly demeanor, and professional presentation of specialist Meltem Hanım; she made me feel very comfortable and conident. She analyzed my skin's needs in detail and applied the appropriate treatment. Her meticulous approach and careful work throughout the process greatly pleased me. I expected a noticeable revitalization and renewal of my skin. I wholeheartedly recommend Estetik International and Meltem Hanım for their high-quality and professional service.

Years ago, I visited this place. Calling it an aesthetic center or even something remotely close to a medical facility would be absolutely impossible. I went there because of excess hair on my neck. They made it so much worse that I had to go to three different laser/epilation clinics just to fix the damage. I filed complaints everywhere I could — complaint websites, Google reviews — you name it. How can people be this careless? It was only about money for them. They didn’t care about my well-being at all. I always tell everyone around me: I would never in my life trust them with anything involving a scalpel or any kind of procedure. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. They do not stand behind their work in any way. This place is not a beauty center nor a medical institution. It is a business, nothing more. Their only concern is taking your money. They do not care about the mistakes they make or the damage they cause. For anyone considering doing anything at Estetik International, I strongly recommend checking all the reviews and feedback online first. You will see everything clearly. This is a commercial business, not a beauty center or healthcare facility. In my opinion, it is a place that should be shut down immediately.

This is a clean clinic, and overall I had a very positive experience. Nurse Seda, in particular, stood out. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. The staff in general are great, but there are a few areas that need improvement. My room faced the main road, so there was constant background traffic noise, which made it hard to rest. The food was also disappointing. I know hospital meals aren’t meant to be delicious at all, but the menu was heavily carb-based with very very little protein. Another issue was the sofa for the companion. It wasn’t suitable for sleeping and wasn’t even comfortable to sit on. This really needs upgrading to something more practical. Overall, the quality of care and staff is great, but addressing these points would significantly improve the patient experience.
