Facility is SO clean, nurses are amazing, Dr. was so pleasant and our administrator was extremely efficient and responsive. Dr. and administrator kept continuous follow up with after care. They were so attentive during the procedure and even for several weeks after the procedure. Everyone was so kind and humorous, making you feel comfortable and completely at ease. Never left alone, never left waiting for assistance, and no question was left unanswered. All staff were professional, respectful, and pleasant to be around. They were sensitive to concerns, were not pushy, and talked through everything. The whole experience was so relaxing, and with the premium care received, it almost felt like being on vacation. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a procedure to go to Estetik, you will not be disappointed! Fully trust their ability and quality of work is amazing! An overall 5 star experience.

After that, the translator of the clinic, Elena Belenlioğlu, contacted me. She accompanied me the whole period before the operation, during the operation and now in the postoperative period. Elena is an attentive and sensitive specialist, a great professional. She calmed me, removed all fears and supported me very much during this difficult period. I had a pleasant experience since the moment they pick me up at the airport, they make everything so easy for their patients. Estetik has a very professional and friendly team, they take good care of you at all time. From drivers, nurses, doctors, receptionist, cleaning staff, cafeteria staff! Everyone there makes you feel welcome and in good hands. Omar, my translator and assistant was excellent. I will totally recommend this clinic to anyone looking for surgery. Their facilities are more like a 5 stars hotel than a hospital.
