Esencan Hospital

LOVED Nermin Odabas! Without her care, my stay would have been rough. Nurses all nice but never wore gloves or sanitized hands. Overall a great and beautiful hospital! Thank you for taking care of me after surgery!

I visited this hospital, i paid over 40,000 even with my insurance, they lie to take money from you especially if you are a foreigner, first the made me waste money due to misdiagnosis they told me i had a cardiac problem when i had just pneumonia. I paid for all the cardiology test and later they said no, i had lungs infection and told me to see dr fatih yakar. They charged me 11.000tl for just one day to sleep in the hospital!!!!! Because i was a foreigner! Also when i went back to them to get a letter for my insurance they started telling me stories! I was treated better at medlife hospital before they shut down! My best advice is :IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER , AVOID THIS HOSPITAL! They care about your MONEY ONLY! Worse hospital of my life! I regret ever using this hospital!

This is the worst hospital in Istanbul. They just look money no people. Zero respect to no manager My child was sick no one help me If you don't speak turkey then they charge your extra. Money. Very bad hospital

I am thankful and grateful for Ms. Isra, one the most professional and respectful translators at Esencan hospital. She not only translated, but also escorted me and assisted me in making my medical visits to four doctors smooth and well arranged at Esencen. She also accompanied me in the Surgery, because her Arabic-Turkish-Arabic translation was well trusted by the doctors. I am extremely thankful and appreciative of the professionalism of the doctors who were taking care of me. They worked as team. Dr. Abdullah, Dr Serkan, Dr. Mehmet Ghazi and Dr. Ebru actively listened to me and their assistance team, staff nurses and surgery room staff as well did. Esencen hospital management and medical staff were professional and helpful and respectful of me as a patien. I highly appreciate all staff support as well. My medical journey didn't end yet, I am still in need for the Medical doctors support to help me get cured from the hererniated disc, blood vessels and follow-up physical therapy.
