The front desk team Derya Hanım, Ebru Hanım, Ezgi Hanım and my doctor, Dr. Sertaç Öztürk was extremely thorough and knowledgeable during my visit. The Doctor took the time to explain my diagnosis of in clear, reassuring language and answered all my questions patiently. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed. The front desk team was also wonderful—friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. They helped me schedule my appointment quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
