I really recommend this eye clinic! I am a foreigner visiting Turkey and I cannot speak Turkish. Suddenly my eyes became very sore and my vision cloudy so I went to the clinic for help. The lady on reception was so friendly and ready to help - she made the process easy and I’m very grateful to her. She got me an appointment straight away and the staff knew enough English for us to communicate. We saw Dr Ali Keles who is a great. He was very reassuring. Thank you!

Very good clinic. Great staff. Went to check my eyesight. Drops. After that, I saw blurry and the staff took me everywhere. Helped me. The doctor explained to me very well about my surgery. In very good English. Basically everyone speaks English. I will have my operation here.

I recently had laser eye surgery in Bursa Dunyagoz, and I highly recommend it. The staff are great and the consultation, treatment, after care and all information supplied has been brilliant. I went for consultation at the first day which took a few hours. After the results Dr Tamer approved that I could get the operation. Operation days are Tuesdays and Fridays, so I booked on Friday. On the operation day, after a couple of hours of waiting I was taken into the treatment room, where again the staff and the surgeon (Dr Tamer) were amazing! They spoke to me the entire time, and made me feel relaxed.The actual surgery took less than 10 minutes!!! It was so quick. Definitely suggest a good rest with avoiding lights for the next couple of days, otherwise I can be a little bit painful. I am 3 weeks post surgery and my vision is incredible. As someone who cannot ever remember not wearing glasses, it has completely changed my life. I highly recommend going ahead with surgery, I had an amazing experience from day one. I was there in February and I had an appointment with Prof. Selim Doganay. When i arrived there i was surprised about the kindness of the whole Staff. Especially Mrs. Ilknur Güleryüz was very helpful and supported me very much. After alls tests were done I had my appointment to Prof. DR. Selim and he was very impressing and kind. He took his time to advise me in detail and when I asked him for his personal opinion after he gave me all necessary information he explained me how to go on. Even when I decided to do not the laser treatment i was very satisfied with the whole Hospital its staff and of its doctors.

Dünyagöz Bursa fantastic! I was very eager to resolve my myopia, so I started to search online for eye hospitals and clinics for laser treatment. Dünyagöz was top rated and came with a solid reputation. After reading through their website and researching 3rd party references, I was highly recommended Dünyagöz Bursa and Dr. Tamer Haytoglu, and I have decided to contact them to book an appointment. From the preliminary appointments, to the surgery, to the post-op appointment… it’s been extremely professional. Their staff are courteous, kind and dedicated to quality service. They care and it shows in everything they do. I had my appointment at 9 AM where they performed a number of tests and measurements to make sure I was eligible for Lasik treatment. Before the procedure, everyone made me feel very comfortable, calm and relaxed before going into surgery. They explained the process in details before starting, which made me feel reinsured. The surgeon and the stuff spoke calmly, empathically and communicated throughout the process. One of my biggest concern was the language barrier as I live in London and I don’t speak Turkish, but the surgeon was speaking perfect English. The communication in between the department was excellent, after the surgery I was given detailed instructions on drops application and I was given an appointment for the next day and the 3rd day before I left the country to make sure that everything was ok. I am infinitely grateful to Mr. Ayhan, the manager, who was there with me every step of the way, delivering an outstanding costumer service with his professional and friendly approach. He made me feel completely at ease and I perceived the trust and the confidence from him that I was in the right place! I couldn’t be happier with my experience, they excel in their field and I will definitely return to them for future check ups. I highly recommend them. Remarkable!
