It was my second time coming to this hospital, I decided to return after great experience I had two years ago with lasik on my right eye. This year I was angry and disappointed by the experience. All the supporting staff, girls at the reception and on the floors, phone operators, are very incompetent. Every step of the way I had to agrue. Two times they to tried to change the price. Everything is slow and you wait for no reason. For the room and protection glasses I had to agrue to receive them. People on the phone give you wrong information. I am very grateful to the wonderful doctor Hakan Sivrikaya, who performed both times operation perfectly, only for this I can put 3 stars. I don't recommend coming here, you need better staff management.

Today I had an appointment with the ophthalmologist to check my eyes after lens implantation surgery. The services are very fast and the staff are friendly and provide services easily. I would like to thank the Arabic translator, Ece, she was very helpful and helped me a lot by opening her line and giving me the internet. She was friendly and really deserves thanks. I don't know the names of all the secretaries on the second floor, but they were smiling and did their duty with all gratitude.

Great service and excellent clinic! We were 3 people, everybody had eye exams and lens/glasses prescriptions. Would like to especially note very kind a pleasant Ulyana, who was translating and helping us throughout the process.

My mother needed emergency help and Dunyagoz assisted her with every need she had and helped straight away they were so reliable and the cost was reasonable. This fine establishment was very well organised and saved my mother’s vision. Equipped with high class technology and spectacular staff members. The doctors are highly qualified with extensive knowledge. A special big thanks to Aiza who did phenomenal work! , her English was very fluent, she was comforting my mother and was such an accommodating and professional team member who took everything into consideration and used her initiative to a extremely great standard. I would strongly recommend this place.
