Ali Sahan Aesthetics Clinic

He was my doctor for 6 years, and I was happy with his services. Due to my recent experience, I would not recommend Dr. Ali Şahan to anyone. At my last appointment on October 14, 2025, I was sent away without any procedure despite my insistence, simply because I mentioned that I had also seen another doctor. I only said that the other doctor I went to for a facial wanted to slightly correct my nasolabial folds, and Ali Şahan mocked me, asking if this was the corrected state, and told me he wouldn't do anything at that appointment and would only see me at the next one. Following this incident, I called every week for about 3 months to request an appointment, but was never accepted. His assistant told me that Ali Şahan had warned her not to give me any more appointments. As a patient, I did not find this approach professional. Punishing a patient for consulting different doctors is incompatible with medical ethics. Moreover, his clinic is based in Ankara, and he only comes to Istanbul, where I live, once a month, sometimes not even for two months. I think it's perfectly normal to be able to go to another doctor in an emergency without waiting for him to arrive. This experience has seriously affected my psychology. For all these years, I have shown him my trust, loyalty, and respect to the fullest extent; I have never done anything disrespectful to deserve such treatment or anger. I believe that this attitude of trying to put pressure on the patient completely destroys the trust relationship and overshadows the quality of his work.

We Ankarans love to say things like, "I've been going to Dr. Ali since way back then," and I've known him since my long-lasting teenage acne (I finally said it too 🥰), and then those cute crow's feet lines, etc. He's a really sweet doctor, but I'm just wondering if he's aware of the inconsistent and wide-ranging prices he quotes over the phone for the same procedure? Because I doubt he is, unfortunately.

Ali Hoca is a master at creating big differences with small touches. He never recommends or performs any unnecessary procedures or injections. He explains everything with a smile and patience, and you already know and trust him... And the result is always much better than you expect. I want to thank the whole team, especially my doctor, my dear Mahire Hanım, Özlem Hanım, and Özben Hanım! Thank you for everything!

Dr. Ali Şahan is someone you have to experience to understand; if you want to be the best at your age, you're in the right place, in safe hands... He's one of the rare doctors who combines professional knowledge and experience with the latest innovations. You can see from his procedures that his only competitor is himself... We're so glad you're Dr. Ali...

My sister's Botox treatment started to wear off in the second month. We reported it, but they didn't take any action. While there are much more affordable and higher-quality practitioners in Ankara who perform these procedures, we absolutely do not find these excessively high prices reasonable, especially considering the name of the company.
