Loyalty and customer loyalty are nowhere to be found; this place operates entirely on a 'business' mentality, only interested in your wallet. I have no complaints about their medical skills, but with this pricing policy and greedy attitude, they'll drive away even their former patients. It's a shame."

As someone having a tooth extracted for the first time, and for a tooth that is difficult to extract, I didn't have any difficulty. Dr. Özge explained everything in detail, both before and after. I am very happy that I had my first tooth extracted by her because, thanks to her, I overcame my fear of dentists. I'm so glad I met you, Özge AKAY. I wholeheartedly recommend you to everyone. About 7 months ago, I went to Dent 48 because my existing tooth had fallen out, and Dr. Fahri performed the procedure. Dr. Efe fixed the fallen tooth with a screw, and Dr. Fahri took over the process and created a new tooth using zirconium. I paid around 8,000 TL, and when I asked if I should be worried about using this tooth, whether it might come loose if I bite something, Dr. Fahri said it was stronger than before and that I could easily eat sandwiches with it. 7 months later, my tooth fell out again. When I went to Dr. Fahri, he said it was broken, probably due to teeth grinding. However, before this procedure, I had two broken teeth with poor fillings, and those didn't break from teeth grinding, but this tooth somehow did. He temporarily glued the tooth, and it seems our priority is making money rather than customer satisfaction. He insisted that nothing could be done and that an implant was necessary. Not everyone has the financial means for implants, nor am I rich enough to throw away 8,000 TL for a tooth I had done 7 months ago. After the bonding procedure, I went to see them and said I wasn't at peace, I couldn't eat, something needed to be done, and it hadn't even been a year since then, and this problem needed to be resolved. They said they had a laboratory and would research the cost and get back to me. A week and a half passed, and they showed such indifference towards their patients that they didn't get back to me. I called them. They quoted a price of 3,500 TL for the extraction of the tooth they screwed in and around 4,000 TL for a new zirconium tooth. Normally, there's a patient who has suffered because of you, and the fact that they're even charging a price to remove the screw inside, I see this as purely a desire to make money. I regret getting involved and I will pursue my rights through every channel. If you are considering getting a new tooth, I absolutely do not recommend them because if that tooth breaks and falls out, the problem is not theirs, it's yours, and they don't care about your suffering at all.
