Our daughter is 10 and she had a serious allergic reaction to sun cream, swelling all over body, face and itching. It was so upsetting for her. After trying some antihistamine it wasn’t working. A quick trip to Clinic Bodrum booked via Air Doctors using post office extra cover, booked an appointment within an hour, seen straight away, the staff are amazing, super knowledgeable, so helpful and she left 2 hours later , 100% better, now we can start our holiday. Thank you to everyone at Clinic Bodrum.

They turned to insurance, helped very quickly and operatively, including the ambulance, the staff communicated in many languages, the care and attitude of people, both managers and the attended personnel, were very pleased

We paid €900 for an emergency visit and expected decent treatment for that money. The girl who was handling the vein catheter couldn’t find the vein after 3-4 attempts, and when she removed it, blood ran everywhere. Her simply walking into the room to check the temperature and how much liquid was left in the IV apparently cost around 100 😂 I’m not sure she has even a proper education in medicine. Not to mention the dirty bed sheets they use for patients. Eh so basically it’s a money sucking machine, but as there’s no proper hospital in Bodrum, and they know that people don’t have a better alternative, you’ll still end up there and pay.

My 11 year old son got sick during out stay in Bodrum. Not only did the Clinic’s staff provide us with complex medical assistance, but they also organized a really fast transfer from and back to the hotel we stayed at, plus helped to find the nearest drug store open at 2 a.m. I highly and honestly recommend Clinic Bodrum. They are professional staff, very kind and polite.
