About Can Ozbilgen Dental Centre
Dr. Can Γzbilgen graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry and is currently pursuing a masterβs degree in Contemporary Aesthetic and Digital Dentistry at the University of Siena, Italy. His professional background includes experience in various dental clinics, and in 2019 he became the co-founder of DentGroup NiΕantaΕΔ± Dental Polyclinic. In 2023, he established his own private clinic in NiΕantaΕΔ±, Istanbul, focusing on personalised patient experiences in advanced and aesthetic dentistry.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Γzbilgen has been actively involved in professional organisations since his student years, serving as Student President of the Istanbul Chamber of Dentists and as Young Board President of the Aesthetic Dentistry Academy Association (EDAD). He also worked as a Digital Opinion Leader for the Team Genius Powered by Oral-B project in collaboration with P&G. Today, he continues his work on an international level, participating in global conferences, research projects, and professional collaborations.
He is a member of several professional organisations, including EDAD (Aesthetic Dentistry Academy Association), IFED (International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry), ESCD (European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry), and TDB (Turkish Dental Association).
Dr. Γzbilgen is recognised for his patient-focused philosophy, often referred to as βproactive dentistryβ, aiming to prevent problems at their earliest stages. His approach follows the principle of βminimum intervention, maximum resultsβ, supported by the use of advanced technologies such as dental microscopes and digital scanning systems, available in only a limited number of clinics.
For Dr. Γzbilgen, dental aesthetics is not solely about straight or white teeth. He believes that a smile reflects personality, confidence, and new beginnings. Update 3rd June 2025 Iβve just had a new bridge placed and my last amalgam filling replaced by Dr. Can, and I couldn't be more pleased! The entire experience was completely painless, which is a rare find. At 64 years old, I've been to many dentists around the world, and I can honestly say Dr. Can is the best I've ever been to. Highly professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-quality dental care! My first visit in 2024 I had four amalgam fillings removed because they were leaking, and they were replaced with new white fillings. I also had my teeth cleaned. Both processes were painless. Dr Can is the best dentist I have ever used. The entire team is friendly and make you feel relaxed throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Iβm very fortunate that I found Dr.Can! Heβs a talented dentist who truly cares about his patients. I was on vacation in Istanbul and I stumbled upon his practice. I found him and his staff very approachable and love what they do. Itβs hard to find an honest dentist back in the States. Dr Canβs fees are reasonable given the area he is in and his expertise. I feel appreciated that he took the time to check on me post procedure and months after. If I can go back to Turkey frequently, Iβd so designate him as my primary dentist.
