My name is Sandra Nanziri from Uganda and I came to Bahceci Bursa at the beginning of this year with my husband. My head doctor was very helpful throughout the whole process and especially since we didn’t speak any Turkish. First of all, I would like to thank God from the bottom of my heart for this incredible miracle. After 9 long years of hope, patience, and emotional struggles, my dream has finally come true. Today, I am 5 months pregnant with a baby boy, and I feel truly blessed beyond words. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Bahceci Tüp Bebek Clinic and especially to Dr. Betul. Your professionalism, dedication, kindness, and continuous support made this journey possible for me. You gave me hope when I needed it the most and guided me every step of the way with care and compassion. I would also like to sincerely thank all the nurses for their care, warmth, and support throughout this journey. A special thank you to my favorite nurse, Buse, who was always kind, patient, and encouraging. She made me feel safe and supported every time. We are so happy to have encountered such an experienced team in this completely unfamiliar process. My doctor, Dr. Betül, is a wonderful doctor; her reassuring, calm, and confident demeanor always made me feel safe. The nurses and secretaries all do their jobs so well; thank you all so much.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Bahçeci. Our meeting with Dr. Betül was excellent. After a six-year wait, our experience was wonderful. The wait ended with the birth of my baby, and now we are witnessing positive results for a new baby. Thank you so much to the entire team for everything. I am very happy.
