First of all, I am even skeptical about how the comments are so good. The clinic is quite mediocre in terms of service, both in terms of doctors and cleaning. I called the Orthodontist Özlem Hanım 1 week in advance to get examined, and they specifically stated that I wanted to make an appointment with her and said that they could help me and said that I could come. When I went to the clinic for examination, not even an x-ray was taken for the preliminary examination, then I was taken to the waiting area upstairs, after waiting for a while, a lady directed me to the clinic and then I sat down and leaned back, the lady did not even deign to introduce herself, after examining the inside of my mouth with an unpackaged tool she took from the drawer, she asked about my complaint, I explained it and then she said that I would consult my friend and come and that's when I left, I didn't even have the chance to talk to her. Afterwards, a gentleman came, without even introducing himself, without saying his name, he had something like sandpaper in his hand and without gloves, without telling me what to do, he said let's lean on me, I got nervous and asked what he wanted to do, then he told me that he would file my tooth and then use a plate and sit down after a certain period of time. Then, he would directly apply to my tooth without even asking for my permission or getting a consent form. Then, I came here for Ms. Özlem, I said I want to meet with him, who is an orthodontist, and I explained to him in a very nice and understandable manner that I did not want to have a different procedure done by any doctor, and he understood and said okay, let me meet with him and left the room. Then, a different gentleman came and he started to explain the treatment related to my tooth in the same way without introducing himself, and I said the same sentences to the previous minister, I came here for Ms. Özlem and I wanted her to continue the treatment or that the procedure to be done would be done by the specialist. That gentleman left the room saying that he would talk to him and explain the situation and then a covered lady came and said to me in this tone that this is the patient and we are both Özlem, choose like it and take it as if I were choosing an apple from a grocery store and I told him the same thing to the 2 gentlemen before him and explained my situation by stating that I came for Özlem Hanım and that I wanted to continue my treatment with her. Afterwards, after talking to 3 people, Özlem Hanım was able to come to the room and told me that it did not matter whether the procedure to be done on me was hers or not and that her regular doctor could do it. I went to her upon recommendation and looking at the comments and she did not deign to introduce herself to me and did not make any explanations about the procedure to be done until the 3 people examined me, talked to me and tried to make this explanation to me after I insisted that I wanted Özlem Hanım for my treatment. Although I wanted my treatment to be done by a specialist as a patient, 3 people were sent to me, it is not even clear who they are because they did not introduce themselves. I come to get paid treatment and it is suspicious how so many people get treatment there in return for this service. I will definitely not go again in terms of service, work ethics and cleanliness and it is a clinic that I will not recommend to anyone. As if it is not enough for a private clinic to waste my time by being amateur and distracting people by making them look like fools, you also shamelessly say that if Ms. Özlem does the treatment, it will be this much and when another doctor does it, the price goes down? What kind of a clinic pricing policy do you have is a mystery but even if you do it for free, I would not have you do the treatment after this examination. I think that if you have any self-respect, do not have a procedure done in such a clinic because the operation is mediocre and the employees do not like people and treatment in a way that you cannot understand. Ms. Özlem is a complete disappointment as a doctor and the clinic is the same, go to the state at least you will not be disgraced with your money after paying, it is definitely a clinic that needs to be inspected.

I'm practically begging them to take care of me now. This is the first time I've had braces in my life; I use aligners. They treat me like I know everything. I know nothing. As my doctor, shouldn't you be the one to explain it to me? I went to get a retainer made because my aligner broke, and the prices are really expensive. Luckily, I learned that I need to come in every six months to have my teeth checked. Luckily. It's unbelievable. When they put in braces, they always leave one end of the wire long, and my tongue and palate would always get cut. Frankly, if I'd known it would turn out like this, I wouldn't have started treatment here.

I had a wonderful experience during my orthodontic treatment. My braces treatment went smoothly, I now use aligners and I am very happy with my teeth. The clinic is both hygienic and very modern. Most importantly, the employees are incredibly friendly, caring and professional. I felt safe at every appointment. I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone considering treatment!

I applied to Ms. Özlem for my preparation treatment for my jaw surgery and I was very pleased with her and her team. I felt safe thanks to his care and professionalism. The officer who arranged my appointments was always very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it.🤍
