Disgusting attitude!!! My wife went here with severe stomach pain, was told needed gall bladder removed and would cost 18000 euro. Explained we would have to contact our insurance, while waiting for our insurance to get involved they kept demanding payment and actually kicked my wife out of the hospital!!! When insurance finally involved she had to return to this hell hole for further tests, too which the insurance companies uk based doctor said although the gall bladder was inflamed, there was no current need to operate, (which would have meant her staying in turkey on her own until classed fit to fly!) and that if any pain could be minimised then she would be fine to wait until back in the UK. This hospital seems less about health care and just about profit. Special mention to the 6ft female administrator and the hospital manager who seem were the main people involved in bullying and harassing my wife into paying cash or credit card.

İ had 2 operations for cataracts/lens and 1 injection in thd back of my eye. İ am full of praise for the treatment İ received and so happy with the result. Everybody at the hospital was very kind and helpful. Dr. Alper was wonderful. He took time to explain the procedure and gave me chance to ask questions. Thank you for such wonderful treatment.

Very unprofessional act and chauvinism from International desk operator women. They treat people by their nationality, support only Russians, no Asians, no other nationality. Very aggressive and long service, like 3 hours waiting for temperature measurement for kid with very high temperature symptoms and red tongue and pains in lungs. Be careful and address issue to management of hospital if you meet and feel such approaches.

We were utterly dissatisfied with the services of the hospital when my husband was admitted with the symptoms of food poisoning. Extremely greedy attitude to patients seen as a source of milking money. We had to wait for 30 minutes for the ambulance and after admitting to hospital not even simple checks like blood pressure and heart rate were made! They calculated the amount of over 2000 pounds which I had to pay BEFORE they did anything else, before the ECG! So we didn’t need other checks after that but the money had been paid. What is really appalling is that the staff show no sympathy, just want to have your money. And what is more, doctors that we saw didn’t speak English or other foreign languages, which is unacceptable for a hospital which is in a tourist area of Antalya. I was lucky to have advice of a professional intensive care doctor in the UK while we were in that hospital who could tell me what from their medical plan was really needed.

I am currently in the hospital with a friend who has severe food poisoning ; they have just dumped her in the emergency room, no drip nothing ! She’s severely dehydrated and everyone u talk to to help are so rude ! The nurses speak like they’re uneducated with no empathy whatsoever ! All they want is money and even after paying you’re not getting the service ! What a shame ! You advertise your country for tourists to pay thousands of pounds and you can’t even treat us like human beings ! Shame on you! Doctors and nurses who don’t care about patients !
