During our vacation in Alanya me and my daughter had to visit a hospital to check up our ear canal infections. Through SOS International and insurance we were sent to this hospital. Very quick service and support and almost no waiting time to see a doctor, get an ear cleaning and some medication. When seeing the doctor the hospital also provided a Turkish and English speaking employee to help out. But the doctor himself also spoke some English.

My child had a fever for 3 days and on the 4th day she woke up with a swollen eye. We were sent to Anatolia hospital in Alanya from our hotel Utopia World. As a tourist these things seem a bit scary at first, but I only have good things to say about this hospital. We had a translate all the time with us, all doctors spoke to us in english and many nurses knew basic english aswell. We are taken really good care in here. All the tests were taken from my child and it was very pleasant experience. Food is also good and you can take water and coffee from the corridor whenever you feel like it. Room is clean and comfortable. Overall I am sad that we had to go trough this during our vacation BUT I couldn’t be happier that we were in this hospital, because we were taken very good care of here and my daughter got treated and also prescribed medication for the next days. Staff were extremely kind and friendly. All the best to our doctors and all the staff!

I had a great experience at Anadolu Hospital in Alanya. Zelal was especially helpful—she went out of her way to assist me with opening my file and guided me through everything with kindness and professionalism. Even though it wasn’t her main job, she stepped in and made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you!

Avoid visiting this hospital without an appointment! Even if you are told that “the doctor is available and will see you shortly”, you may end up waiting outside the examination room for hours without any clear information. Their internal communication and appointment system are extremely poor, and patients are left confused and frustrated. I strongly recommend calling and securing a confirmed appointment before going there – otherwise, you risk wasting your time. Very disappointing experience.
