Great experience at Acıbadem International Hastanesi. The staff were very helpful, professional, and efficient during my treatment. The food offered was also very nice. Special thanks to Madlen Madlen Sahnazoglu, Mehmet, and nurse Ferda for their care, support, and kindness. They made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I would highly recommend this hospital to friends and family.

We traveled from Jamaica carrying hope, faith, and many uncertainties, searching for a chance to save my husband's life through a kidney transplant. From our very first contact until the day our beloved Nico was discharged with a healthy new kidney, every member of the Acıbadem team treated us with extraordinary compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. You welcomed us as strangers but cared for us as family. So far, it’s a wonderful experience at this hospital. One of the biggest conveniences was the free transportation they provided—not only did they arrange pickup and drop-off from the airport to our hotel, but they also offered complimentary transport for all our appointment with the doctor . This kind of support made the entire process much easier and less stressful. A special thank you to Danna, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. She handled all of our appointment scheduling, and she was always available to guide us through each step. Her communication and dedication truly stood out and meant a lot to us. Although we’re not yet done with the procedure and will continue with follow-up appointments and treatment, the experience so far has been very positive. We had a very positive experience with this hospital during my wife’s surgery. The doctors, nurses, and all the staff were extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout her stay. They took excellent care of me from start to finish. From the translator, Yusuf, who assisted me with all the paperwork, to the nurse—especially Meltem—who was incredibly caring and always took the time to explain everything clearly. My doctor, Caglar, is highly experienced and truly compassionate. The night I spent at the hospital was very comfortable, and the nurses were attentive and supportive throughout. I am now waiting for good news, but everything is going very well so far. I would definitely recommend this hospital for both their expertise and their warm, welcoming approach.
