I highly recommend ! if you have any health problem go only there! Quick help, very friendly service, head scan done so fast! ! They explained everything well . I've been to another clinic before, but this clinic is definitely better, they helped me more. Nice, clean place!

My name is Umut Balıklı, a local businessman in Bodrum. On February 1st, 2024, I had a hair transplant at Acıbadem Bodrum Hospital. After 19 months, the result is a complete disappointment – low density, open areas, no improvement. When I complained, instead of taking responsibility, they offered me PRP for 7,000 TL and later even tried to “sell” me another hair transplant for 60,000 TL (discounted from 80,000 TL). This is unacceptable. Patients expect professionalism, not to be treated as a business opportunity after a failed procedure. I do not recommend this hospital.

My dad says he’s never seen a hospital this beautiful or this well staffed. Everybody is kind and thoughtful and very accommodating. From the moment of arrival and evaluation by Serdar Tekçe, I knew my dad was in good hands. A special thank you to my friend Melis Selçuk for guiding us to this hospital when my father was in need! Everyone involved in his care from start to finish helped to save his life and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I have been having dental issues for a while due to the repercussions of Esophagitis due to the NHS delaying treatment. However, I was dubious about having my teeth done while on holiday in Turkey due to the fact it wasn’t in the UK. I was suffering with bleeding gums, extremely bad breath from gum necrosis, yellowing of teeth and a cavity. I reached out via WhatsApp where I was greeted by Molly, who dealt with everything efficiently without any stress. She helped through the whole process, answering any queries I had immediately. Dt. Nefibe Ayla and her assistant performed the above procedures without any fault or pain. She was very attentive by telling me step by step what was going to happen, which reassured me and eased my nervousness. I can’t recommend her enough! I am so happy with both the results and the service Acibadem has to offer. I got emotional, because I now have a bright smile that isn’t accompanied by bad smelling breath. I will be back!

I cannot give enough stars for this wonderful facility, kind staff, and excellent medical care. We were visiting Bodrum on a day-trip from Greece and my son fell ill with gastroenteritis that required an ambulance to be called right on the street. We were taken here, and we received world-class, highest standard medical care and support. From the ambulance driver, reception staff, ER doctor, nurses, and internal medicine specialist Dr Tanyel, everything was carried out with top-notch medical knowledge and nursing care. The facility is new, rooms have a hotel-style feel with towels, slippers, hair-dryer. Food is amazing, almost restaurant-style. Easy to communicate in English, either directly or translators are available at all times. I am so grateful we came across this hospital at a time when we were in a foreign country and needed help.
