From the moment of arrival and evaluation by Serdar Tekçe, I knew my dad was in good hands. A special thank you to my friend Melis Selçuk for guiding us to this hospital when my father was in need! Everyone involved in his care from start to finish helped to save his life and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Needed urgent care for vomiting x 3 days. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Very clean and new facility. Staff very considerate, ordered us taxi and instructed him to stop at the pharmacy. No wait time. Lab results and ultrasound results very fast. Great care. Records provided in English with CD. Very thankful for everyone.

My name is Umut Balıklı, a local businessman in Bodrum. On February 1st, 2024, I had a hair transplant at Acıbadem Bodrum Hospital. After 19 months, the result is a complete disappointment – low density, open areas, no improvement. When I complained, instead of taking responsibility, they offered me PRP for 7,000 TL and later even tried to “sell” me another hair transplant for 60,000 TL (discounted from 80,000 TL). This is unacceptable. Patients expect professionalism, not to be treated as a business opportunity after a failed procedure. I do not recommend this hospital.

Truly excellent in every way. Patients from the UK & Ireland needing its services will be blown away by the modernity, reactivity and professionalism of this great facility. My aging mother needed follow up dressing on an existing cut and treatment for a new. On each of our two visits so far we were in a treatment room with a doctor and nurse within 15 minutes of our unannounced arrival and back out within 45 minutes further to excellent and tender care. Barbaros was our patient liaison for English speakers and he could not have been more fluent, attentive and professional. I fully recommend.
