We visited this medical center for my daughter’s vaccination with Gardasil 9. From the very first contact, everything was smooth and professional. I would especially like to thank Guney. From day one he was very responsive on WhatsApp, replying quickly and, importantly for us, communicating in Russian, which made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. He helped reschedule the appointment to a convenient time, assisted us throughout the visit, translated our conversation with the doctor, and explained everything clearly and calmly. At the end, he even helped us arrange a taxi back to our hotel — a small detail, but very much appreciated. Overall, everything was organized, stress-free, and handled with genuine care. It really felt like they care about people, not just the service. Thank you for such a great experience.

If you’re not from Turkey or don’t have comprehensive travel insurance, avoid this hospital. In my experience, it appears to target tourists and charge very high prices. I should have realised something was wrong as soon as I walked in, as there was a separate English-speaking reception desk for foreign patients. They attempted to upsell me from the moment I arrived. I explained that I had a small cut which I thought might be infected and that I simply needed to see a doctor for a prescription for antibiotics. First, I was offered an appointment with a cardiologist, which I declined. They then suggested a dermatologist. I repeated that I had a cut and only needed antibiotics. The receptionist left, returned, and told me I had to pay €230 before seeing a doctor. When I questioned the fee, she came back with a reduced price of €200. At that point, I decided it was best to leave. Instead, I went to a state hospital, paid €11, saw a doctor within five minutes, received my prescription, and was back out again in around 20 minutes. That was my experience, and I would not return.

I had a very positive experience at Acıbadem Healthcare Group in Bodrum. The service was fast, clear, and very well organized. I especially want to mention the young woman Deniz Orman who helped translate into English she was extremely kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process, which made everything much easier for me I felt comfortable and well cared for at every step. I also truly appreciated how the doctor explained everything clearly and step by step, making sure I felt okay during the whole process. She didn’t just focus on what I wanted, but on what was medically appropriate for me, which made me feel safe, confident, and well taken care of. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.

I have recently undergone a serious brain surgery at Acibadem Bodrum Hospital. I was truly fortunate to be in the hands of an excellent and highly experienced brain surgeon who is not only extremely knowledgeable but also deeply caring toward his patients. From the moment of admission until discharge, every step of my treatment was handled with professionalism, compassion, and remarkable attention to detail. The quality of medical care and hospital services here easily exceeds that of many hospitals in Europe. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire hospital team — the nurses, caregivers, cleaning staff, and patient service personnel — for their kindness, patience, and genuine dedication. They made me feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout my recovery. Overall, I am deeply grateful and very satisfied with my experience at Acibadem Bodrum Hospital.

To this lousy business, DO NOT contact my sick mother and try to intimidate her! !!!!!*** Below is the Second Review Post the call my mom received upon The Money Machine people sees it****!!!!! BTW While I was still in Turkey I spoke to the hospital a few times about the unpleasant experience we had. No-one with any kind of decision making authority called or checked in. It was all front desk people. After my review, the Chief of Medicine called my mother and questioned her why did we make an appointment with the expert we saw, even thou several times I told them this was their own online service's advice due to the complaints of my mom I told them. He went on to telling her that "she is looking for a magic wand to heal her". Let alone a COM of a so called hospital, any decent human being would not say such disrespectful thing to a patient, let alone one who is nearly 70 year old and in constant pain. Here is what is going to happen next on our end, I have contacted authorities and a lawyer for malpractice and improper language. I will also seek a full refund for the charges we have already paid. I am considering taking it to the court to constitute an example case to avoid these kind of rude behaviors for patients in the future. As my communication is recorded and this experience is utterly unpleasant, I also am in contact with a content creator who is also a victim of said business, creating content mistreating many patience. To the person who spoke to my mother; Hope you find that magic wand to make this better for all as this time you pick the wrong guy. First Review which made the hospital Chief of Medicine called my mother; I took my mom here and I am convinced that this is not a hospital it is a money making machine. by the suggestion of online consultants, I took my mom ( Bodrum local/ Turkish Citizen) to this hospital to see a brain surgeon. One of the first things the professor said was " this is not my area of expertise" and suggested that we see another expert. Regardless of his initial thought he did not hold back to order an MR Scan. He confirmed there is nothing he can do to help my mom with her concern and suggested we see a rheumatologist. When I tried to make another appointment, they demanded another fee to see the new doctor. After explaining what happened, I asked them to waive the fee since the doctor did not really helped us. After a day of "we will get back to you" calls it was certain that they were not going to waive the fee. I mentioned that since I am not an expert on this matter and if we need to see 15 doctors to find the right expert, would they charge us 15 times, they had no answer. I suggest people to make sure that you have the right doctor to see otherwise they will charge you even if the doctor doesn't do anything and tell you to go see another doctor. Also they charge higher fees for the international patients. I don't know why it costs more to see a non-Turk. It is clear to me that their main focus is to make money.
