Excellent experience at the hospital! I accompanied my daughter for her nose surgery, and we were both deeply impressed by the hospital’s professionalism and warm atmosphere. The medical staff were attentive, organized, and always ready to help — from the reception to the nurses and doctors. Everything was perfectly clean, well-coordinated, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable. The post-surgery care was also outstanding, with constant attention and kindness from the entire team. We are truly grateful for the great experience and care we received. Highly recommended! 👏🙏

Coming from the UK, we had a truly exceptional experience at this hospital, it is far superior to any general hospital we have encountered in the UK. The staff were exceptionally caring and attentive throughout our stay. The nurses were endlessly patient with my many questions over two days and went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were comfortable and at ease. They genuinely put patients’ interests first and uphold an outstanding standard of care. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the nurses who cared for us: Oya Özbekir, Ceren Bayram, Erdem Martin, Beyza Naflı, and Medine Özdemir. We were also looked after by a wonderful cleaner, Çiğdem, who spoke excellent English and was very kind and supportive. To all the other staff who cared for us so well, even if we did not catch your names; thank you, you truly make the world a better place.

Even though the doctors and and all the staffs at the Acibadem hospital were very nice a d friendly, my especial thanks goes mr.Kaan. a very polite person He was with me from the start and he was there to translate but out of his kindness he made me feel safe, usually hospitals makes me nervous😓. He is very good handling his job with a polite smile. he helped me understand everything not just translating. He was very carrying and understanding person and he made me feel very comfortable during my visit. thanks to mr.kaan looking for my next appointment at Acibadem hospital. 😃 . Excellent Care and Outstanding Support I traveled from Doha, with my sister to consult a rheumatologist at Acibadem Bakirkoy Hospital, and I couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt well taken care of. The hospital provided us with private transportation between our hotel and the hospital, which made our visits very comfortable and stress-free.
