I had an amazing experience at Acıbadem Bakırköy Hospital for the treatment of my lower back pain. Thanks to the excellent care I received, I have recovered significantly and now feel much better and more relaxed. A special thank you to Dr. Çağlar Bey and translator Uğurcan Bey. Both were highly professional, attentive, caring, and always positive throughout my treatment journey. They made the entire experience very pleasant. I truly appreciate their dedication and support. Highly recommended!

Writing this review on my way back to the airport. Experience with the Acibadem hospital and the staff is extremely great. Highly recommend this place to everyone Our journey started with our interaction w the coordinator Molly. I doubt if she ever sleeps. She is simply incredible. She is very diligent, prompt and words cannot describe her efficiency. She responds so promptly and never made any mistakes. Our surgeon Dr. Abdullah Etoz is a man of few words but great work with gifted hands. The procedures were so seamless and post op and down time was so little. Our care at the hospital was excellent Hospital agent Ugurcan was with us throughout our journey and was kind, intelligent, personable and made us feel so comfortable. We could not have done without him. Overall experience is amazing, incredible and awesome None of this could be done without the help of Molly and all credit goes to her. She is the BEST!!! After thinking for a very long time to give some negative critique, the only thing I could think of is to improvise on providing more detailed post procedure instructions.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am from USA and was highly impressed with the care received here. The entire staff made the experience. I am a highly nervous person and the staff was so well prepared and equipped that I wasn’t even nervous for the procedure. WOW. The nurses (and I can’t remember her name) was extremely helpful, caring and supportive. She was also fluent in English. She answered every call light quickly. The translator had excellent understanding of English and explained everything to me and answered of all our questions.

I recently stayed overnight at this hospital and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. Every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I was informed, supported, and at ease. The level of care, compassion, and attention to detail was truly outstanding. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and created a welcoming environment during what can often be a stressful time. I am genuinely grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking high-quality medical treatment and outstanding patient care. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience such a positive one.

We came from England to carry out my sisters nose surgery. The doctors were all very good; however, Fatma Arala, was the best host and took care of us to the upmost of her ability. She’s a very kind and caring person and only wants the best for the patients, Yours sincerely, Yilmaz Babur
