We are very delighted with the service Provided in A Life hospital.. the personal were very helpfull and kind especially in TΓΌp Bebek and obstetric Department.. Mrs. Selma Akdeniz is a hidden Gem in the Hospital.. she speaks German very fluently and was very professional and supportive for my wife.. we are very gratefull to her and to everyone who stands with us in the TΓΌp bebek procedure ππΌππΌππΌ

I recently took my daughter to this hospital for an allergy consultation, and I have to say that I was disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, the doctor and the hospital staff could not speak any language other than Turkish, which made it difficult for me to communicate the issue effectively, despite my basic knowledge of the language. Despite my efforts to explain my daughter's condition, the doctor seemed to lack understanding and knowledge of allergies, despite it being his area of expertise. Furthermore, the cost of the examination was exorbitant, and they requested a blood test for allergies that was five times the normal cost. I declined to have the test done and decided to seek treatment elsewhere. Additionally, the doctor's attitude and behavior were unprofessional when I asked for a printed report of the examination. I had to explain to him repeatedly that I needed something that showed my daughter had been examined, and only after my insistence did he print a report that was inadequate and did not fully address her condition. Overall, I cannot recommend this hospital for anyone seeking medical attention, especially for non-Turkish speakers.

The translation services are very bad. The English translator can hardly speak english. The nurse for children ward was unable to install a canola for my child. They inserted needles many times. It was very painfull to watch. They should have experienced nurses for small children. On my last visited few of my tests were cancelled but they did not give me back my money and said you can use it in next visit, this time around there was still amount left after consultation but they said it is finished. Very unprofessional services.

Hello everyone, I had a chance to visit hospital. I am a foreigner and needed someone to translate for me. They have very good and hospitable staff. I am specially thankful to Miss Emine. She has been very helpful. My experience with child specialist Doc. Sardar was also good. I rate hospital and health services to be very good. Keep up the good work. More recent experience. English translator is not available.

This hospital has serious flaws. It seems they preferred design, materials, and construction methods intended for hotels instead of hospitals. Hence it looks nice, but almost impossible to disinfect properly due to crevices and the porous surfaces. Furthermore they have almost no pandemic measures in place. All the windows are closed. No shields for personnel. No one enforces proper masks. No disinfectant to be seen. Very crowded. They recycle air. The doctors seem okay. I wish they worked elsewhere.
