I had an excellent experience at this hospital and was very impressed with the quality of care provided. A special thank you to Emine for her incredible patience and dedication throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I can’t recommend this hospital enough, and if you visit, be sure to ask for Emine! She truly made a difference in my experience.

We stayed at A Life Hospital for approximately a week for my cousin's pneumonia treatment. Throughout this period, all the healthcare professionals, especially nurses Şeyma and Merve, were incredibly attentive and dedicated. The cheerful and professionalism of our doctor and the hospital's Chief Physician, Sevtap Düzgünçınar, especially boosted our morale. We felt safe throughout our patient's treatment. We thank the entire team.

On July 31, 2025, at 7:07 PM, I went to a doctor named Sahi due to high fever and nausea. The doctor told me I had a thermometer but it wasn't measuring accurately, and it showed 34 degrees. He said my temperature was great, but he sent me away. They claimed it wasn't covered even though I had supplementary insurance, and demanded a fee. When I called the insurance company, they said it was covered. They claimed it covered my medical examination at a health institution I'm ashamed to call a hospital, and then charged me a fee of 50 TL. They're in a business you shouldn't make fun of, but they're incredibly into it. I'm just laughing at the service I received. It's not state-inspected, and the state's Ministry of Health needs to do it. HUMAN HEALTH IS NOT A TOY.

First of all, a patient is not a customer. Stop acting like one. There's no need for the cashiers to be so disinterested and condescending. They need to learn that being sick doesn't mean we need help. Otherwise, not everyone who comes in may be who you think they are. Next, there's a female doctor in the emergency department. I can't remember her name right now; it was on her stamp, but I can't remember her. Whenever we try to explain something, she says "uh huh," "hmm," "hee," and with great arrogance, she diagnoses your patient without making eye contact, and then signs the paperwork with a very busy demeanor. Her tone is completely unbecoming of a private hospital. Experiencing this right now due to my mother's illness is frankly unpleasant. I believe someone should have warned you about your concern and attitude, and that everyone should be treated more kindly and cordially. I hope this message is seen by the appropriate people. I wish you all the best. (YOUR CURRENT RECORDS CAN'T BE IN MY NAME ANYWAY, THOUGH.) DISREGARDING MY COMMENT IS NOT NICE AT ALL. I TOLD MY MOTHER IN THE COMMENT THAT I BRING IT. I THINK THAT IF YOU USE A LITTLE LOGIC YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THE RECORDING IS NOT IN MY NAME.

My hospital journey began on 21.07 with a visit to the general surgeon. Despite my discomfort, I was transferred to the infectious diseases department because no resolution was achieved. Despite receiving my test results there, I couldn't find the doctor that afternoon. I applied again on 22.07, and they said the doctor would get back to me. When I didn't get back to them, I went to the hospital that afternoon and they said the doctor wasn't there again. For two days, no one explained my condition or initiated any treatment. I had to seek help from a different hospital, and the doctor told me I had to start antibiotics immediately. The hospital's indifference, lack of results-oriented work, complete disregard for patients, and complete disregard for them are gross negligence. Do not turn a blind eye to this irresponsibility and go to the hospital.
