Dr Sibel Boztas

Op Dr Sibel Boztaş is an ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Head & Neck Surgeon with a particular focus on aesthetic and functional nose surgery, sinus disease and facial aesthetics. Born on 22 November 1979, she took her first step towards her long-held dream of becoming a doctor when she entered Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1998. After completing six years of medical training, she began her specialist education in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Dr Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Ankara Oncology Hospital in 2005.

During this intensive residency, Op Dr Boztaş received advanced training not only in the diagnosis and treatment of ENT conditions, but also in the management of head and neck tumours, gaining significant experience in oncological surgery. Treatment of head and neck tumours remains an active part of her clinical practice today. After completing her specialist training, she fulfilled her compulsory service at Bozüyük State Hospital between 2010 and 2011, providing comprehensive ENT care in a public hospital setting.

She then continued her career at Ankara Training and Research Hospital (2011–2012), Eskişehir Acıbadem Hospital (2012–2014) and Ankara 29 Mayıs State Hospital (2014–2021), managing a wide range of ENT and head and neck cases, from sinus and nasal problems to paediatric ENT conditions and complex surgical pathologies. Since 2022 she has been seeing patients in her own private clinic, where she combines her ENT expertise with a growing focus on aesthetic and functional rhinoplasty and non-surgical facial contouring.

Op Dr Sibel Boztaş’s main areas of interest include aesthetic and functional nose surgery (rhinoplasty), sinus diseases and sinus surgery, facial contouring with dermal fillers, paediatric ENT disorders and the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck tumours. Alongside treating existing conditions, she places strong emphasis on prevention: helping patients understand how appropriate nutritional support, correcting unhealthy eating habits and adopting a healthier lifestyle can reduce the risk of chronic disease and recurrent ENT problems.

In her aesthetic work, she aims for natural, harmonious results and places great value on listening carefully to her patients’ expectations. She believes that good medical practice requires strong empathy and that a large part of accurate diagnosis and effective treatment lies in taking time to listen and ask the right questions. All treatment plans are tailored individually after detailed clinical assessment, and as with any medical or surgical procedure, outcomes and recovery can vary from person to person.
