Prof Ozcan Ozturk

Prof. Dr Özcan Öztürk is a highly experienced Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) and Head & Neck Surgery Specialist based in Istanbul, Türkiye, known for his extensive surgical expertise and academic contributions in otorhinolaryngology.

He completed his medical education at 19 Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine (1987–1993) and went on to specialise in ENT at İstanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine (1996–2001), where he completed his residency and became an ENT specialist. He progressed academically through roles at İzzet Baysal University and Düzce University before returning to Cerrahpaşa, where he earned his Associate Professor title in 2010–2012 and later his Professorship in 2012–2016.

Dr Öztürk has undertaken international clinical observation in advanced areas such as voice disorders at the University of Pittsburgh and cranial base surgery in Italy, enhancing his surgical skills and global perspective.
