I had surgery with Dr. Murat Enoz recently for Empty Nose Syndrome (ENS), and I want to say a few things about my experience because he genuinely deserves the recognition. ENS is a rare condition that very few doctors in the world even acknowledge, let alone treat. People living with it are often left in a place of real hopelessness and despair, because most physicians either dismiss it or have nothing to offer them. Dr. Enoz is one of the only doctors forward thinking and open minded enough to take this condition seriously and actually do something about it. That alone makes him a treasure. Among the small group of surgeons who do treat ENS, Dr. Enoz uses one of the most unique approaches in the world: temporalis fascia implants, rather than the cartilage or synthetic materials that many others rely on. In my understanding, fascia is significantly more effective for this purpose. In my case he implanted fascia on both sides of my septum to rebuild structure and narrow my airways. The procedure is technically very difficult. The area is incredibly sensitive, the mucosa is thin and delicate, and there is real risk of perforating the septum. It demands finesse and creative problem solving, and Dr. Enoz brought both. On one side, because the mucosa was not thick enough to tunnel underneath, he placed the implant on top, covered it with a layer of mucosa, and stitched above it to keep it in place. He also positioned his incision further in from the nostril entrance, in a thicker area, to better protect the tissue. The level of skill involved is honestly remarkable. What ties all of this together is the kind of person he is. Dr. Enoz is genuinely warm, compassionate, and empathetic. He truly cares about his patients, and you feel it in every interaction. For people suffering with ENS, he is more than a surgeon. He is hope. What he does is life changing. I cannot recommend him highly enough, whether for ENS specifically or for any nasal procedure. Brilliant, innovative, and deeply humane. I am profoundly grateful to have found him.

I had Empty Nose Syndrome and Dr. Enöz performed turbinate reconstruction surgery on me. He placed three large sheets of Donor rib Cartlidge into my right Nasal lateral wall and a smaller piece of donor rib cartilage on the nasal floor of both nostrils. It has been exactly one month since my surgery with him and I am breathing substantially better. My nose does not feel super open anymore and it is much more comfortable to breathe. In December 2025 I had a successful complex revision rhinoplasty surgery, undertaken by Dr Enoz. The surgery involved removing plastic biomaterial from my nose that was causing problems with my skin, installing multiple fascia grafts and improving the overall aesthetic appearance of my nose. All of this work was undertaken as part of an open procedure with very minimal pain, bruising and no skin damage experienced. Dr Enoz is a pre eminent ENT surgeon.
