Today, I went to Dr. Osman for the extraction of my wisdom tooth, which is close to the nerve. I was initially very nervous, but thanks to Dr. Osman's knowledge and extremely reassuring demeanor, the extraction went smoothly. I couldn't believe it when he told me the tooth had been extracted. I requested an appointment on July 30th, and an appointment was made for Saturday, August 2nd, at 4:00 PM, and I arrived at 3:50 PM. Around 4:20 PM, I inquired at the receptionist, and was told that patients were arriving late, and that was why the appointment time had been moved. No explanation was given until 4:45 PM. When I inquired again, I was told the procedure had probably been delayed, and I left the clinic at 4:56 PM. Time is precious to us all; procedures can take longer, emergencies can occur, and if the patient isn't urgent, five minutes can be allocated to the 4:00 PM patient.
